We have a rare and exciting opportunity within the Workforce Resourcing Department’s Recruitment team for a Band 2 Recruitment Assistant.
Cornwall Foundation Trust’s Recruitment team is responsible for managing the recruitment on-boarding process which includes; vacancy authorisation, advertising vacancies, setting up and participation in interviews/assessment days, pre-employment checks, appointment paperwork and the issuing of contracts.
In addition we support managers and staff with incoming email, telephone and face to face queries, issue external reference requests and appointment paperwork as well as the processing of Contract Amendment Forms and Flexible retirements all in line with trust policy.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, personable colleague who can think on their feet, thrives off working to tight deadlines, who would enjoy working in an extremely busy and fast paced environment.
To be successful in this role you will need to have excellent administration, organisation and customer service skills and possess an exceptional telephone manner.
