CornerStone Professional Placement has partnered with a client seeking a skilled National Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts nationwide.

As the manager, you’ll strategize, plan, and oversee a team of recruiters to ensure successful hiring outcomes. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, use analytics platforms like Glassdoor and Indeed, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Location : Irving, TX

Pay Rate : $90-115K / YR

Schedule : M-F during core business hours

Requirements :

• 5-7 years of progressive talent acquisition experience
• Experience managing a team of 25+ recruiters
• Experience managing multiple hiring projects across the US
• Airport staffing experience
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Proficiency in ADP, Glassdoor, and Indeed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience managing large-scale recruitment efforts
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
