Job Title : Office / Compliance Assistant

Location : Dallas, TX

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM

Pay : $19.00 / hour

Responsibilities :

Reconcile time sheets with invoices

Track contractor performance

Coordinate compliance resolutions with vendor and districts

Generate contract compliance s

Track and coordinate inspection results from park audits

Researches and generates information on contracts to assist management

Other duties as needed

Job Requirements :

Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and strong attention to detail.

Ability to perform audits and inspections effectively determining compliance and quality issues.

Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.

Ability to research, analyze data and compile s

Ability to develop curriculum and effectively deliver presentations.

Ability to deal and work with other employees and the public in a professional and tactful manner.

HS diploma or GED required
