Are you bilingual in English / Mandarin Chinese and have Logistics experience? CornerStone Staffing is looking for a candidate to fill a Office Admin role with a worldwide Logistics Company!
Job Title : Office Admin
Duration : Temp to Hire
Schedule : 12p-9p Thursday-Monday
Pay : $18 / hr
Job Duties :
Clerical / Computer work
Update shipment status
Follow up with Airlines / customs / Warehouse team to identify where the shipment is in the process
Draft documents for last mile delivery agents
Qualifications :
2+ years experience in logistics and / or office admin
BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH / MANDARIN CHINESE HIGHLY PREFERRED
Excel-Need to test on Excel-Intermediate user, understand shortcuts to find, copy, paste, etc.
