Job Title : Logistics Coordinator

Location : Irving, TX

Pay : $17.00 / hour

Schedule : Monday – Friday / 8 AM – 5 PM

This position will perform a variety of inventory control duties. The Logistics Coordinator will coordinate with multiple internal and external partners to ensure accurate tracking of our vehicle inventory.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Maintain inventory accuracy

Place and monitor vehicle pickup and delivery orders

Verify inventory transportation status through multiple programs.

Validate the accuracy of transporter and repo agent invoices for approval

Communicate with repo agents and third-party transportation companies

Communicate delivery status or delays to Recon Managers, Sales Department, and Supply Chain leadership as needed

Perform research on and verify inventory location ing

Make and Receive phone calls with internal & external partners

Requirements :

2+ years of administrative / clerical experience.

Bilingual (English Spanish) REQUIRED

Proficiency in MS Excel (medium level) and Outlook

Knowledge of operating standard office equipment.

Excellent communication skills written and verbal

Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills

Good research skills and attention to detail
