Join our fun and vibrant People Team in this Senior Talent Acquisition role.

You will work within our growing talent team and drive end to end recruitment across internal roles within the business.

Your portfolio will sit in the recruiting recruiters space as well as crossing over into more Operational roles at times.

You will be an expert with LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to ensure you bring in the very best talent! And be an absolute whizz when it comes to improving systems and process.

Our Talent Leader Kate has been with CMR since the doors opened back in 2012. She is passionate about the CMR offering, and developing long term careers for the team. This is a rare opportunity to work with passion, have high impact and truly love what you do!

About You

You have several years’ recruiting experience either from an internal or agency space. You have an extensive LinkedIn network and have a passion for the recruitment industry. You easily juggle conflicting priorities, tech savvy and love to be busy! You are solutions focused and are excited to be a part of a growing business.

This is not a typical internal role, this is super-fast paced, innovative, dynamic and did I mention fast? We move quickly, we create new and exciting roles, and there is a lot to do!
