What you’ll do:
Engage and interact with member-owners and customers to provide outstanding Co-op experiences
Operate till (Point of Sale System), processing customer transactions
Resolves customer issues and answers questions.
Processes return transactions.
Maintains checkout operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
Engage and interact with member-owners and customers to provide outstanding Co-op experiences
Follow proper maintenance and housekeeping duties
Utilize proper Covid PPE and safety protocols
Able to work a variety of shifts – including days, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays on a rotational basis
Demonstrate day-to-day behaviours and actions that align with and strengthen the Co-operative’s vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety
Perform other duties as assigned

Who you are:
You have a grade 12 or combination of relevant experience; previous retail experience would be an asset
You’re able to lift 50lb on a regular basis
You’re action oriented, customer focused and work well with other Team Members

You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives
