We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Manager to oversee a growing team of recruiting professionals responsible for finding the perfect candidate for our clients nationwide. The Ideal candidate would need to have prior staffing and management experience.

This position is remote.

Responsibilities
1. Provide supervision and oversight for all Recruiters; managing metrics, activity, and performance of 4 Corner recruiting team.
2. Facilitate onboarding and new-hire training.
3. Collaborate with Ops Manager to maintain and update standard operating recruiting processes and procedures outlined in 4CR’s Training Material.
4. Design, implement, and aggressively carry out new-hire recruiting strategies.
5. Prioritize and coordinate regular training for recruiting team.
6. Maximize usage of all available recruiting tools and applications.
7. Maintain Networking Events calendar and enforce Recruiter participation.
8. Update and manage reporting of open positions.
9. Coach and develop recruiters to success.
10. Ensure open jobs are appropriately posted for maximum exposure and efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $110,000.00 per year
