Job Responsibilities:

· Education and assisting clients on our products & services.

· Obtaining qualifying medical documentation and insurance benefits for products.

· Ability to deliver great customer experiences in a retail setting and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction.

What We are Looking for:

· Customer Service or Retail experience

· Strong people skills, approachable, good listener, and empathetic

· Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

· Knowledge and experience with durable medical equipment (preferred)
