Cork Culture Hiring for Customer Service Associate at Pembroke, ON Full Time

* Weekly work schedules will vary, offering approximately 15 to 20 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service – Assisting customers with in-person and telephone inquiries
• Recording customer orders and operating computerized cash registers
• Processing customer wine, monitoring inventory and stocking shelves
• Cleaning floors, dusting, maintaining equipment and garbage disposal
• Developing and updating knowledge of products, services and policies
• Assisting bottlers with the handling of products

Requirements:

• Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent
• Repetitive moving and lifting of objects varying in weight, up to 50 lbs
• Standing for extended periods; reaching, climbing, bending, twisting and walking
• Knowledge of wine and grape varieties is an asset
