• 100% remote position, manager would prefer EST time zone, but is flexible for the right candidate.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• The Talent Development Specialist (Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator) will be part of the Global Learning Delivery Center (GLDC) and will be responsible for partnering with Learning Solutions Managers, Business Unit Subject Matter Experts and Stakeholders to participate in the life cycle and delivery of programs and courseware on the LMS platform.
• BA/BS preferred. Instructional Technology, Multi-Media Development, Business, Adult Learning, or related field highly preferred.
• Two plus years of Training and Development or Adult Education experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical solutions for internal / external clients’ course delivery on the LMS platform.

Technical Delivery:

• Manage Learning Management Systems maintenance / reporting functions
• Tier 1 support for BLUE Learning tickets
• Conduct Quality Assurance testing of courseware and LMS configurations
• Manage Talent Development ILT experiences
• Manage Talent Development VLT experiences (Zoom, BLUEcast Studios) including Zoom setup, configuration, and production
• Develop, edit, and publish Job Aids (as needed)

Client Support

• Gather training requirements from stakeholders and educate them on our services, processes, and requirements
• Provide consultative feedback for successful delivery, achieving stakeholders’ goals within the company’s learning management system (LMS)
• Upload content and create programs, curriculums, accreditations, and courseware
• Configure and manage notifications and communications as it relates to courses and training programs
• Manage requested training initiatives end to end Enrollment Management and Reporting
• Manage course completion reports for Talent Development and external customers within the LMS, Excel and using Tableau
• Manage enrollments for all courseware delivery types including updates for ILT and VLT training deliveries
• Create and manage custom LMS reporting, dashboards and analytics for Talent Development and other internal clients
• Create and manage custom configurations within the LMS to enable automated and ongoing enrollments.

Project Management

• Participate in the life-cycle execution of Learning Events and curriculum with both Talent Development colleagues and internal company clients
• Manage stakeholder LMS related requests using the GLDC Service Queue SharePoint site
• Manage course project timeline for LMS platform delivery
• Maintain LMS course content document library Other
