Drive best-in-class marketing communication and provide strategic input and oversight of the development and implementation of marketing communication campaigns, including but not limited to positioning and messaging, as well as execution of the value proposition. Such campaigns should employ all appropriate channels, including traditional printed collateral, PR, advertising, eMarketing, and trade shows.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• You have a track record of success in developing and implementing comprehensive communications, marketing, and/or advocacy strategies. You are comfortable and effective working in a team environment and creative in deploying limited resources.
• You are a skilled storyteller with a keen sense of how to create a cohesive and compelling narrative; you bring excellent oral and written communications skills.
• You are committed to collaboration and have experience partnering with a wide variety of internal and external colleagues, providing support and guidance related to their communications and marketing needs.
• Create and manage all communications and marketing mediums and content strategy, including press releases, social media, newsletters, website, annual , and other ancillary materials for external and internal audiences.
• Create a domestic and international lead generation strategy for business recruitment and global technology.
• Manage digital marketing strategy and execution for all platforms, including the analysis of responses to channel activities and adjusting approaches to maximize results.
• Manage convention and conference execution and research new event options using data from past shows and other relevant industry sector information to assess the relevance of events and advertising for alignment to business objectives.
• Maintain overall execution roadmap for team and ensures all activities are done under a specific plan, these plans fit into the overall strategic framework, work is delivered on a timely basis, and results are quantified and measured.
• Develop and create presentations for various investor, EDC, business recruitment and retention meetings.
• Manage consulting relationships for design, media, and program-specific needs.
• Develop and monitor an annual communications, branding, and marketing budget.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or marketing.
• 5-7 years of experience working in communications, public relations, or marketing role.
• Proficient MS Office; Salesforce, HubSpot experience preferred.
• Valid Texas driver license and ability to travel up to 15% of the time.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
