Corepeople Recruitment Looking for Electrical Building Services Engineer at Northallerton Full Time

Our client is looking to recruit for an Electrical Building Services Engineer to join their busy North Yorkshire team.

The Company
Multi-disciplinary building consultancy with a wealth of secure and interesting projects. The business offer building services, building surveying, architecture, highways, project management, property, civil and structural engineering consultancy services to range of public sector and housing clients. The business offer flexibility with a mix of home and office working.

The Role
Producing early design advice through to detailed electrical services design.
Production of Electrical Building Services design calculations using a wide range of techniques ranging from simple hand calculations through to industry standard software such as Hevacomp, DIALux and Relux.
Producing feasibility reports, condition surveys, design specifications and drawings suitable for all RIBA work stages.
Undertaking detailed surveys on electrical building services to advise on their suitability for continued use.
Working to deliver engineering solutions to client’s budgets and programmes.
Drawing production using AutoCAD/Revit.
Contract administration and project management.
Knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts.
Knowledge of traditional and design and build contracts.
Produce schedules of work and specifications.
Work collaboratively with other disciplines including Architects, Mechanical Engineers, Structural Engineers, Quantity Surveyors and CDM Advisors.

Experience Required
HNC or degree qualified in a relevant subject such as building services, electrical engineer, or equivalent experience.
Full licence, site visits expected across Yorkshire, NE, Cumbria and Lancashire

Remuneration
Up to £45,000 per annum.
