Position Description:

As Regional Director of Operations you will serve as a member of the Senior Leadership team of the market operations overseeing all daily operations of your assigned region.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

• Overseeing all operations and business activities of the assigned region to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
• Communicating and implementing the organization’s , , and overall direction.
• Traveling on a weekly basis to your clinics to ensure teams are achieving goals, listen, support, and enable their success.
• Directly overseeing the profitability of the offices.
• Managing new office expansion and successful clinic openings.
• Leading and motivating clinic teams to advance employee engagement and morale.
• Develop a high performing office managerial team.
• Leading, guiding, directing, and evaluating the work of other leaders.
• Forming, staffing, guiding, leading and managing the offices sufficient to accomplish the strategic plan of the business.
• Using data, dashboarding and metrics to analyze solutions for clinic success.
• Maintaining awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, and new industry developments.

Education and Experience requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 5+ years in healthcare
• Experience managing multi-site locations and owning P&L responsibility

• Decision making, problem solving and collaboration.
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish productive working relationships with multidisciplinary teams and support services.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional medical office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

There will be heavy travel between assigned clinics and the corporate office on a regular basis.
