£70,000-£75,000

An exciting opportunity for a HR Director who will sit as part of the Leadership Team. It is a fantastic time to join a group who have ambitious plans to grow multi-brands within their existing portfolio.

This role will have full responsibility for the HR, L & D and Resourcing & Recruitment for the Group from setting the group HR strategy, driving people centric projects and optimise the performance of people through HR support. Leading the HR team on a day to day, prioritising business critical requirements whilst providing an internal service to stakeholders focussing on performance, capability, training, development, and recognition.

Experience:
CIPD level 7

5 years’ experience in a previous capacity for 1000 – 2500 + headcount

Experience of building HR departmental functionalities Experience of building and managing teams

Experience of being hands-on in a previous capacity

Experienced working within food manufacturing, food retail, Hospitality or FMCG related sectors.

Previous experience of delivering a HR & People Strategy

Experience of dealing in different environments from BOD level to restaurant level.

This role will require travel on a regular basis nationally and to Europe as the group expands.
