Job Description:

ing into the Head of E-Commerce & Marketing, you will play a key role in managing all in-house social media and digital content creation aspects. This is a hands-on role, so you must be ready to roll up your sleeves.

• Developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms.
• Strategise and create compelling, high-quality content (text, images, videos) that resonates with our target audience for social media platforms – including Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest & Twitter.
• Outreach, research, onboard and manage all collaborations, affiliates, partnerships, influencers, UGC creators and PR.
• Managing and oversee all our social media channels, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
• Analyzing social media performance using relevant metrics and implementing optimization strategies.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms to drive innovation.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in a similar role either in an agency or client side.
• Proven experience in social media content creation and management.
• A deep understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
• Video editing skills will be highly regarded.
• Exceptional creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to translate briefs into creative concepts for social media and websites.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and how to apply them in social media content.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to be featured in our social content, when required.
• Team player and ability to work well in a team.
