As part of this organisations People and Culture division, you will have the opportunity to provide high level administrative and general support services to the Group Executive of People and Culture.
Your New Position:
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative and general support services to the Group Executive, People and Culture. Your responsibilities will include providing accurate and confidential administrative, planning, and process support to the Group Executive, People and Culture. This includes but is not limited to diary management, stakeholder relations, correspondence, travel arrangements, workshops, team meetings, expenditure administration, and records management. You will ensure the highest standards of quality for all business correspondence and internal documentation requiring review, endorsement, or approval from the Group Executive, People and Culture. Acting as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will manage inquiries and ensure timely responses to requests for information.
What You’ll Need to Be Considered:
To be considered for this role, you should possess specialised skills in task prioritisation and stakeholder relationship management. Proven experience in providing comprehensive business administration support to senior executives is essential. Your capacity to assess priorities, plan workloads effectively, and perform well under pressure will be key to your success. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation and hold team members accountable, are crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, OneNote, MS Teams, and Document Management systems, is required. High-level skills in SharePoint and Salesforce, along with a deep knowledge of business administration, will be advantageous.
