Your new role:
As an Administration Officer, you will provide comprehensive administrative support in various capacities. This includes aiding in the coordination of meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and managing logistics. Additionally, the position involves maintaining a high standard of customer service, addressing inquiries and complaints professionally, and assisting with Right to Information requests.
In your new roll, your duties will also extend to records management, diary management, and travel arrangements. Additionally, you will be handling data entry across corporate systems and overseeing web content. In addition to these duties, the individual is expected to support various departments, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and actively participate in training.
The role is dynamic, requiring adaptability and a proactive approach to identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the achievement of annual plans and budgets.

The ideal candidate should possess strong administrative and communication skills, paying meticulous attention to detail while having a customer-centric attitude, ensuring courteous and responsive interactions.
