Position Overview
The Manager of Executive Recruitment (“Executive Recruiter”) is a newly created role, salaried exempt, and reports to the Director of Talent Management. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit and looking for an opportunity to create something from nothing, this is the opportunity! The primary focus for this position is to collaborate with senior executives in recruiting managers, directors, and above for the company’s new venture of building single-family home rentals – Announcement. The Executive Recruiter will also assist the Talent Management team in building out the talent acquisition systems and process, so your opinions and experience matter.
In your experience, you have sourced a variety of leadership roles inclusive of acquisitions, construction, development, acquisitions, and other corporate support functions. You have been there and done that and are ready to help build a best-in-class, full lifecycle recruiting practice. You have used an assortment of recruiting platforms, social media, and Boolean searches. If you know what Boolean means, we’re off to a good start!
