Core Prescribing Solutions Hiring for Talent Acquisition and Compliance Lead Job at Leeds, England Full Time

We have an exciting PART TIME position (20 hours a week/4 hours per day) available for Head of Talent Acquisition and Compliance. This role will be home based however travel may be required on some occasions at the request of the business. Successful candidates will earn a salary of to £12,000.

Role responsibilities (see job spec for more info)

• Identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to fill vacancies
• Shortlist and present suitably qualified applicants against defined job vacancies
• Manage the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with candidate and internal teams
• Be able to accurately utilise company management systems including accurate staff compliance database management complying with relevant legislation
• Accurately record and update candidate information on the recruitment database on a daily basis
• Ensure candidates are complaint according to company policies
• Create KPI metrics and dashboards in relation to recruitment and mobilisation
• Be confident on candidates pay and contractual conditions within their sector in order to consult with and advise potential candidates
• Providing leadership, direction and management of the recruitment and client database and or appropriate platforms
• Developing and executing a robust recruitment strategy

• Previous experience of working in recruitment and HR compliance
• Strong interpersonal skills, strong written communication skills, strong oral communication skills, relationship building, adaptability, detail oriented, willingness to travel if required, multitasking, strong focus, punctuality, previous experience of working with SME’s and successful track record of helping businesses to recruit staff and supporting with HR compliance
• Self-motivation – someone who takes independent action and ownership to meet and exceed KPIs by constantly providing sound robust solutions
• Attention to detail – Accurate recording of candidate and staff compliance details
• Extremely organised – able to prioritise their time in an efficient manner
• Good questioning and listening skills – someone who can pay attention, interact and support a conversation, probing for further appropriate information when required
• Proficiency in various computer software such as but not restricted to MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,
• Good problem-solving skills with a strong ability to strategise and execute solutions
• Honesty and Integrity
• Degree in Human Resource Management preferrable
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and compliance
