Core Image Solutions Hiring for Field Operations Manager Full Time

The Field Operations Manager is responsible for delivering operational consistency while providing the highest overall value for continued business growth. This role will support the field operations success, development, and financial performance while focused on delivering exceptional customer service and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be a strong operational leader as well as a team player and energetic people leader.

The qualified Field Operations Manager has performed and had responsibility for monitoring and analyzing the current system of production ensuring it is effective, developed strategy, managed day-to-day activities, analyzed statistics, developed and implemented processes for continual improvement. In addition, they have had responsibilities for planning and controlling change, managing quality assurance programs, researching new technologies, defining alternative methods of efficiency, setting budgets, and managing cost, overseeing inventory, distribution of goods, and facility layout.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include, but not limited to the following:

• Develop and implement the overall strategy for the fast growth of national services – Assure operational uniformity, Client satisfaction, and quality control.
• Coach and support the training and development of field operations
• Proactively recruit for long term success
• Strengthen vendor relationships and build new partnerships
• Ensure safety standards and standard operating procedures are followed
• Deliver exceptional customer service to deliver on performance benchmarks
• Align sales projections and capacity planning to maximize the workflow
• Provide insight regarding marketing plans, sales, and market growth opportunities
• Perform quality control & inventory review on tools, fleet, and safety
• Partner with cross functional teams to implement and continuously improve field operations and organizational goals
• Willingness to learn new and innovative industry technologies

OPERATIONAL DELIVERY

• Implement consistent, standardized operating practices that are aligned with the Company’s strategy.
• Lead an innovative, collaborative work team to produce exceptional results delivering the customer experience.
• P & L responsibility with associated commercial and financial accountability including revenue delivery, margin and overhead management, budget and forecast determination and attainment, risk and opportunity reviews, cost controls, accounts payable/billing and cash collection
• Provides tactical direction to operational delivery team(s) in order to meet business plan goal
• Carries out significant operational administrative functions, staffing activities and managing day-today employee relations and operational issues
• With direction and within set parameters, establishes annual business goals and strategies and prepares business plan for each territory.
• Serves as consultant or project manager as appropriate.
• Oversee field technician team with hiring, training, leadership and hands-on support when needed
• Manage/resolve customer and tech issues
• Plans, schedules and reviews workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis
• Forecast capital and operational expenses including modeling resource needs for the program
• Managing internal assets of the company such as equipment, materials and supplies
• Comprehensive understanding of OSHA rules and regulations, both federal and state
• Ensures financial, safety, and quality controls and compliance to company policies.
• Maintain operational integrity and excellence, ensuring robust governance, subcontractor management, and performance ing.
• Work with leadership and peers to improve delivery performance and maximize delivery opportunities throughout wider business where required.
• Establish and implement policies, and ensure appropriate governance mechanisms for continuous monitoring of their proper implementation
• Ensure our people and the worksites at which they operate are safe and well managed.
• Pursue and develop opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Participate in technical audits and peer reviews as required

BUSINESS GROWTH

• Work closely with leadership to ensure the direction of the program continues to grow while aligning with the strategy and vision of the business
• Oversee field technician team with hiring, training, leadership and hands-on support when needed
• Deliver growth in the areas of responsibility through close collaboration with Business Development.
• Develop and implement the overall strategy for the fast growth of national services – Assure operational uniformity, Client satisfaction, and quality control.
• Develop and own business plan, and drive sales, bid and tender activity.
• Assist with developing and delivering a robust business plan, whilst driving and supporting corporate initiatives, ensuring company values are at the core of all activities.
• Expands the company’s business in the area served, directs local business development programs, proactively identifies new opportunities, and supports / leads bid and tender activity as appropriate
• Oversees proposals and call-offs (may be individual projects) within delegation of authority, ensuring compliance with contracting policy and standards of conduct.

• Is a champion and role model for ethical behavior and compliance with applicable laws and policies.
• Support and lead a delivery and support team including accountability for recruitment, selection and development of talent, ensuring effective performance and capability management, acting as a coach/mentor and encouraging and supporting open and effective communication to optimize delivery of objectives, maximize team performance and achieve continuous performance improvement.
• Responsible for ensuring competence of employees in area of responsibility to carry out assigned duties
• Ensure day-to-day operations maintain a continued alignment with overall corporate policy, strategy, and direction.

Qualifications, Education & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Operational Field Management
• 5+ years’ experience leading and mentoring a team of people
• Effective communication, time management, organizational and sales skills
• Proficient in CRM & Agile in learning new software applications

Pay: $48,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
