A small family business is looking to hire a bookkeeper/AA. A typical day will include computer work with QuickBooks, Excel, Word, Outlook, and web-based financial and shipping programs. Computer proficiency is a must. QuickBooks knowledge is preferred, but we will train on this program if needed.

A list of responsibilities includes:

  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Bi-Weekly payroll
  • Generating Customer Invoices
  • Administrative Tasks
  • Occasional Office Supervision as Required

This position is flexible between 25 and 40 hours each week.
The ideal hours are 8am-4pm Monday through Friday. Schedule is flexible as needed. A background check and 3 references are required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour
