Millbrook Apartments, a residential apartment community is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant. Come join our friendly office team and enjoy our beautiful community.
The job entails but is not limited to:
-Creating Purchase orders, paying invoices,
-Preparing and coordinating leases;
-Maintain applicant waiting list;
-Process invoices for payment;
-Third party verification and landlord verification;
-Income certifications, posting of rent checks and deposits.
-Also able to fill vacancies for waiting list according to approved guidelines.;
-Coordinate with leasing staff information on availability, turnover schedule and updating market study.
This ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years in the residential property management field. One-Site software with Accounts Receivable experience. The position hours are 25 hours a week – Monday thru Friday .
