Join our team in supporting the Chief Financial Officer and In-House Corporate Attorney for completion of all administrative duties. Must have a minimum of three years of senior level administrative assistant experience plus knowledge of business correspondence and financial transactions/ activities.
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Types financial correspondence, memoranda, s and related office material into final format.
· Receives incoming mail, visitors, and telephone calls.
· Maintains files and makes appointments for the Chief Financial Officer.
· Assists Accounts Payable and charge entry with input and the ability to take charge in the absence of the clerks.
· Acts as liaison in coordinating activities of the department.
· Manage and maintain agency files and records, including insurance, leases, fixed asset inventories, grants, closing statements, contacts, environmental modification, and other agreements.
· Assist the CFO in organizing and distributing monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial s.
· Give administrative support by performing research, obtaining information, coordinating and transmitting the data, and checking the progress of the projects.
· Deliver financial information to the other departments.
· Organize and attend committee meetings and conferences.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
· Ability to plan and organize.
· Associates Degree in Accounting or related area.
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel.
· Must have at least three years’ experience in a business environment and senior staff level administrative support.
· Ability to meet and deal effectively with people; follow oral and written instructions.
· Knowledge of good English usage, spelling, punctuation and grammar. Attention to detail.
· Must carry out all functions in accordance with pre-established procedures and meet deadlines established for the Department.
· Demonstrated aptitude for working in sensitive environments which require a high degree of confidentiality.
· Constantly, and consistently, maintain a posture of confidentiality at all times.
· Presents themselves in excellence in regard to appearance and conduct, projecting a professional image at all times.

Pay: $68,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
