Corbus Hiring for Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at Remote Full Time

Corbus is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition resource to support our recruitment process and compliance efforts as we continue to grow our supply chain, business process management, and IT services in the United States and internationally.

Responsibilities

Timely filling of staffing requirements while maintaining compliance standards; this includes:

· Create and/or review job descriptions

· Post jobs online and ensure all postings are open for internal and external applicants

· Screen candidates via phone and route qualified resumes to hiring managers for review

· Schedule interviews and gather feedback from managers post interview

· Negotiate and extend offers of employment

· Assist with new hire onboarding

· Coordinate and attend virtual or in person/on-campus recruiting events, job fairs, etc.

· Facilitate hiring manager training with regards to the recruiting process, interviewing techniques, and giving meaningful feedback

· Data entry and report creation within HRIS and as needed

· Maintenance of weekly report (in Excel) to track open roles and candidates

· Support the HR and TA functions with other tasks as required

Requirements

· 3+ years’ experience in talent acquisition

· Ability and confidence to work directly with hiring managers

· Ability to work with staff at all levels in a multi-location work environment

· Experience with immigration processes a plus

· Prior experience using Ultimate Software/UKG HRIS system and recruiting module preferred

· Strong MS Office skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
