Copperleaf Hiring for Software Developer (Team Argon) at Vancouver, BC Full Time

We’re looking for a technically creative Software Developer to join Team Argon.

Team Argon is a cross-functional team responsible for multiple areas of the Copperleaf Suite, including system configuration and UI modernization. Responsibilities

You will be contributing to the design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of both new and existing features for the Copperleaf Suite. Many of these features span the full technology stack. We will rely on your specific role to provide knowledge and proficiency in relational databases.

A significant amount of our team’s initiatives involve retrofitting legacy ASPX pages with modern Angular components. While spectacular experience with ASPX or Angular is not required for this position, a willingness to learn and pick-up this type of work is important.

Desired Experience

Ideally you have the following experience, but we also recognize that talent comes in many forms of transferable skills.

Development of applications with C#, Microsoft .NET Framework, and Oracle Database

Development of web UI components using a modern front-end framework (Angular, React, Vue, etc.)

Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL

Moderate knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of software features

Understanding the design of large systems and the impact of changes to such systems

Experience with source code control and the build environment of a large software solution
