36 hours per week, Term Time Only

Actual Salary £16,430 – £18,755

To start September 2021 or as soon as possible

We are looking to appoint an Inclusion Mentor to join our forward-thinking pastoral team on a permanent basis. The successful applicant will join a team that provides alternative provision for students who need an alternative educational pathway and extra support with their learning and development. They must demonstrate a passion for working with young people and be able to motivate and inspire students to achieve their best.

The post is suitable for a candidate with previous experience of working with students and supporting them with their learning and a candidate who is seeking an opportunity to work in a friendly and highly purposeful environment within a culture where “better never stops”.
