Director of Recruiting Overview

Our Director of Recruiting works closely with our recruiting team to manage the sourcing, interviewing and employment process for our 400+ retained clients across the United States. In addition they manage the recruiting for their own dedicated territory. We’re looking for a self-motivated candidate with prior recruiting experience and solid leadership skills who will thrive in a production-driven environment.

This is a key role in our organization, reporting directly to ownership. We are looking for a candidate ready to hit the ground running and partner with us to keep growing our well-established organization.

Responsibilities

Supervise the recruiting team and support their performance

• Meet regularly with each recruiter to provide direction and support for them to meet their daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly goals
• Use provided recruiting metrics to help the recruiting team improve
• Coach recruiting team on client management as well as candidate sourcing and screening skills
• Maintain training and standards for our established recruiting system
• Communicate with Admin/HR for your recruiting team
• Work with ownership to source, hire, and onboard new recruiters

Manage exclusive, multi-state territory from our Golden Valley, MN office

• Work directly with our clients’ hiring managers to accomplish their goals
• Use our well-established system and custom CRM to source and place candidates with our 400+ retained clients

• Communicate via phone, email and texts with clients and candidates regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new leads
• Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview records in our custom CRM

Requirements

• Proven experience as a leader in a production-driven environment (preferably recruiting)
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) / Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Experience with conducting interviews, candidate screening and evaluation in a 3rd-party recruiting environment
• Familiarity with candidate sourcing websites and professional networks
• Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
• Strong time-management, priority-setting and decision-making skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
