Y*ou will be responsible for: *

• Enter invoices custom orders and generate PO
• Work closely with the sales team to manage the customer requirements
• Processed credit applications, credit cards receipts, and vendor invoices
• Ensure rejects and damages samples are managed timely and accurately
• Ensure the showroom is prepared with samples for sales representatives to show
• Prepare reports and ensure customer information is kept current and accurate
• Address customer and sales team inquiries and identify solutions

You offer

• Excellent customer relationship and problem-solving skills
• Completion of a college program in retail management, administration of business
• Strong communications, written and verbal
• Must have 2-year experience in service, inside sales, or retail
• Working knowledge of Microsoft suites, emails, and social media
• Have exhibited abilities to work well with teams

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
