Who We Need
The Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support at an assigned site. Conducts daily responsibilities under the supervision of the Office Manager and works to support the facility professional medical staff and case management staff according to the direction of the Office Manager.
Office Assistant activities are aimed at supporting the organization in maintaining or improving its clinical operation and its patient care outcomes.
The Office Assistant must possess the ability to function efficiently in group settings providing administrative support to clinical staff and collaborating with various levels of leadership and disciplines.
