Job DescriptionEssential Functions : Utilize web-based tools including social media job boards, and applicant tracking systems (Taleo and LinkedIn Recruiter highly preferred) to source candidates for TA Business Partners Assist in the planning, scheduling and activities of the Summer Internship program Co-facilitate Cohort meeting Participate in weekly check-in’s with the summer interns Coordinate and schedule interviews, including in-person, video interviews, and coordination of long-distance travel accommodation for interviews Assist TA Team members with coordination and set-up / tear down of career fairs and hiring events Help grow CooperSurgical pipeline of talent through various sourcing channels Participate in special projects as assigned by manager Experience with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, drafting offer letters and coordinating interviewsQualifications : Current undergraduate student (Junior or Senior), Graduate student or recent grad (within six months of graduating) Strong communication, leadership and project management skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Experience utilizing Taleo, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other computer tracking systems Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Tech-savvy and multi-taskerWe are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, or veteran status.
