Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Asset Managers will oversee and monitor a specific portfolio of CSC’s multifamily real estate assets. You will be tasked with analyzing company financials, maintaining interdepartmental communication, and evaluation of assets. The Asset Manager will be based at our corporate office in Aspen, CO with required domestic travel on a monthly basis to assets in your portfolio. Your role will be interdisciplinary, bridging financial structuring, operations, and overall company success.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Manage operations for assets
• Analyze income statements, balance sheets, and other financial statements
• Work alongside lenders to ensure timely completion of projects
• Work with Accounting team to record and process contractor invoices
• Prepare, review, and submit escrow draw requests
• Budget management within portfolio
• Provide progress reports to upper management during and after onsite visits

Minimum Requirements + Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong project and people management skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to work in-person and in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results driven environment
• Make quick and accurate decisions based on facts, data, and/or metrics
• Self-directed and highly organized
• Strong time management skills
• Willingness to travel (monthly)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Minimum 1 year of Accounting, Bookkeeping or financial management experience

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Real Estate
• Familiarity with accounting software
