HVAC Service/Install / Quality Manager –

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Leadership and Technical Operations role in the HVAC trade is required.
• Must have extensive Technical and Residential Installation experience.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The HVAC Service / Install Manager provides leadership, coordination, supervision and oversight of the performance of the department’s personnel. The Manager often acts as a client interface and problem solver. As a manager, you will exercise responsibility for developing and managing business operations within the Installation and Service departments as well as guiding, instructing and training new and existing personnel. This individual will be responsible for overall effectiveness and profitability of the department. This is an opportunity to lead a team of great people toward great results. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for leading the Installation and Service Department revenue and quality goals.
• Ensure new team members are oriented to the expectations of the Company.
• Assess the competency and capability of personnel by providing coaching and training.
• Evaluate the capability and results ensuring that personnel meet quality workmanship standards and expectations
• Oversee assignment of individuals’ daily schedules
• Set and maintain work standards and outline behavioral expectations to ensure employee morale and productivity
• Promote, support and facilitate teamwork and foster a positive environment
• Be readily available to visit job sites to ensure proper and timely installations

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Leadership and Operations role in the HVAC trade is required.
• Hands-on experience as a fully qualified, competent HVAC professional
• Prior verifiable experience managing a large group of employees is required
• Excellent computer skills needed including Microsoft Office
• Success in driving revenue/targeted quotas attainment for a division
• Outstanding leadership skills are necessary

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
