We want TEACHING ASSISTANT (PART TIME) to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Arrange online tutoring sessions for tutors and students
• Set up meetings and monitor tutoring sessions’ progress
• Facilitate tutor-student ratings of each other’s performance
• Perform an analysis of tutor performance and calculate bonuses and deductions accordingly
• Conduct an analysis of tutoring sessions, before, during, and after the lesson, to determine the content and run-down of sessions
• Maintain communication and connections with tutors and students
• Assist in handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Education or equivalent
• 1+ years of teaching or equivalent experience
• Have a basic understanding of the OSSD curriculum is an asset
• Experienced in arranging teaching sessions and performance management are assets
• Able to work independently, well-organized and in a precise manner

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Salary: From $20.00 per hour
