Key tasks/responsibilities includes but not limited to:

• Liaise with clients, schools and universities, partners and coordinators
• Promote Convoy and UK schools and universities to students and parents
• Assist marketing campaigns to promote our business and services
• Consult international students on potential study plan and programmes
• Support students’ applications from initial consultation to final enrolment, as well as their guardianship, homestay and tutoring support if needed
• Assist student training for the entry assessments and interviews
• Assist visa, accommodation and travel arrangements
• Develop and maintain close client relationships
• Additional support for the other team members if needed
• Daily administrative works
• Assist research and travel on other company projects

Requirements:

• Able to legally work in the UK
• Language skills: Fluent speaking and writing in both English and Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus
• Good understanding of British and Chinese education systems (Primary, Secondary and Higher Education)
• Proactive, diligent, patient, caring, attention to detail, quick learner, strong team spirit and communicator
• Competent for office based work, business trips and work from home.
• Strong team working and IT skills (including online platforms)
• Relevant experience in Education Consulting, Student Services, Schools and Universities, Guardianship, Customer Service at least 1 year
• DBS/CRB Certificate is required, Driving License is a plus
• Minimum of an undergraduate degree from a UK university

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary is based on the market rate and is subject to the personal experience

• Commission and bonus are subject to the work performance

Salary: £15,523.00-£41,469.00 per year
