Convey Health Solutions Hiring for Healthcare Project Manager at United States Full Time

The Project Manager will implement and manage projects within our Health Plan business group. Working closely with business representatives and will translate business needs into effective designs and project plans, leading the project from inception through construction and deployment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage multiple projects; maintaining project scope, timeline and budget.
• Define tasks and required resources; identify and manage project team
• Drive the analysis and design of operational solutions; help shape system requirements, and develop analysis-level documents that reflect the requirements.
• Prepare materials for project reviews, status ing, and governance. Present to stakeholders s on progress as well as problems and solutions.
• Actively create, refine, and promote operational standards across departments. Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
• Communicate with coworkers, management, staff, customers, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
• Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
• Act, dress, and behave in a professional manner to reflect a positive image of the company.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of two years of project leadership experience.
• 1 year experience working within Health Plan, Medicare, Medicaid or Government Plans
• A solid history of leading software implementation, operational support, software development, modifications, enhancements and troubleshooting technologists is required.
• Project Management Certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, project management.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for compliance with all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations affecting Company.
• Responsible for participating in quality assurance, compliance and in-service and continuing education activities as requested by Company.
• Responsible for performing other duties and responsibilities as required.
