Controlled Contamination Services has been a national provider of facility solutions, technical and decontamination services, since 1993. CCS is growing. Reporting directly to theVP, Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Manager will lead a team to source and recruit for both exempt and non-exempt roles nationwide. The TA Manager will be a talent advisor and subject matter expert themselves and develop a team that provides insight into the talent market, influencing with data and leveraging recruiting technology. The TA Manager will use strong communication, leadership abilities and technical knowledge of recruiting to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and motivate the recruiting team to achieve and exceed the organization’s KPI goals.
Responsibilities:
· Lead a recruiting team supporting our organization nationwide, hiring for roles across specialized cleaning, operations, and all corporate functions.
· Partner with Managers and leaders to create recruitment strategies to attract exceptional talent.
· Drive the building networks and pipelines of passive talent using a combination of traditional and innovative solutions.
· Lead, mentor and grow a team of high-volume recruiters.
· Gather, interpret, summarize, and communicate progress and outcome data to educate and influence stakeholders.
· Achieve program KPI targets including hiring capacity, speed to hire, new-hire retention and high candidate/hiring partner satisfaction.
· Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications & Experiences:
· 2+ years recruitment management experience
· 2+ years in high volume, full cycle recruiting
· Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies for high volume hiring.
· Demonstrated experience of utilizing data and insights to drive a team’s strategy and performance.
· Strong project management skills including communications, managing change, tracking progress and meeting project deadlines.
· Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required.
· Bachelor’s degree, highly preferred.
