POSITION PURPOSE:
The Recruiter will manage the full cycle recruitment process, including posting positions, sourcing talent, interviewing, evaluating candidates, and onboarding. Responsibilities include managing social media recruitment, updating job descriptions, posting to job boards, attending periodic local networking and recruiting opportunities at colleges and/or job fairs, and onboarding the candidates.

_*MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: _*
Include the following key areas and duties, which may be modified or increased as necessary:

• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
• Design and update job descriptions
• Source potential candidates from various online and in person channels
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
• Analyze pre-hire assessments
• Partner with marketing to assist in managing company profile on social media outlets
• Compose offers and answer questions regarding compensation and benefits
• Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source of hire, cost of hire, and turnover
• Participate in job fairs and host recruitment events
• Assist new hires in the onboarding process
• All other duties as defined by your supervisor

• Must maintain utmost level of confidentiality due to the sensitivity of the work in this department.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: *

• BA/BS in Human Resources preferred
• 2 years of experience in of sales, hospitality, administrative or recruiting
• 1 year experience recruiting or selling through social media channels preferred
• 1 year experience using HRIS or ATS preferred
