Client Onboarding Specialist

Treehouse Marketing and Contractor Nation are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Client Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in orienting new clients to all our digital marketing services and business support services, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and setting the stage for a successful client relationship.

What you will do

· Conduct thorough onboarding sessions with new clients to familiarize them with Treehouse Marketing/ Contractor Nation’s digital marketing services and business support services.

· Provide detailed explanations of our service offerings, including SEO, PPC, paid ads, web design, content creation, and other digital marketing strategies.

· Clearly communicate the value proposition of our services and address any questions or concerns from clients to ensure their understanding and satisfaction.

· Collaborate with internal teams, such as project management and account management, to ensure seamless communication and coordination during the onboarding process.

· Create and maintain onboarding documentation/internal spreadsheets and provide training materials for clients, including instructional guides, videos, and other resources?

· Proactively identify opportunities to optimize the client onboarding process and make recommendations for improvements.

· Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the onboarding process and beyond, building strong relationships and establishing trust.

What you will have

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner.

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks

· Strong team spirit with an ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

· Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads etc.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.

· Some knowledge of the digital marketing industry and trends, as well as business support services, is preferred.

· Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in helping clients succeed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $48,000.00 per year
