Continental Senior Communities Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist at Powell, OH Full Time

Continental Senior Communities, a premier senior living management company based in Powell, OH is growing and looking to add a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our home office support leadership team. At Continental Senior Communities, we provide service and support to luxury Senior Living communities in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Kentucky and are expecting growth in the near future. To be successful in this role, candidates should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. This is a full-time, in-office position from 8:30-5pm, Monday-Friday. Critical tasks include but are not limited to:

• Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Determining selection criteria.
• Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks.)
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and scheduling in-person interviews.
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
• Design job descriptions that reflect each position’s requirements and ideal candidate’s qualifications

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in recruiting or a similar role
• Knowledge of how to use a CRM or applicant tracking system.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
