We are looking for a data-driven performance marketer with a deep understanding of attribution, and a solid working knowledge of sales enablement strategies and digital channels such as email, search engine marketing and paid advertising. This individual is responsible for the ongoing execution of items related to the overall marketing strategy. Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing the CLS brand, executing marketing and promotional activities, contributing to sales enablement activities including campaign management, and facilitating internal and external communications. This role assists in the development of key marketing strategies and initiatives and takes steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of our company through established goals and objectives. Day-to-day tasks includes copywriting and managing the voice of our brand, building, designing, and implementing marketing campaigns, assisting in the planning and execution of existing and future marketing initiatives, and liaising with creative contractors.
Essential Tasks:
1. Design, execute and measure success of email marketing campaigns
2. Interpret and manage customer data to build segments and campaigns
3. Copywriting and creation of customer collateral, print and digital
4. Collaborate closely with the balance of the marketing team and sales team(s) to meet and exceed revenue targets through sales enablement activities
5. Develop, launch, and optimize marketing and advertising campaigns across the digital landscape including display, video, paid search, mobile, and other online marketing channels
6. Drive continuous optimization across all facets of campaigns to develop, localize and test new ad copy, banners, content, and landing pages
7. Collaborate with the Human Resources department to build and activate the CLS employer brand to help drive recruitment, retention, and employee engagement.
8. Develop, design, and collaborate with digital marketing for the execution of all marketing campaigns, social media posts, content marketing, external communications, and collateral
9. Leverage campaign and sales metrics from native advertising platforms such as Google Ads as well as data warehouse tools to analyze performance and optimize programs
10. Recommend and define digital advertising campaign strategies, tactics, and test plans to achieve business objectives.
Working Conditions:
Work is performed in an air-conditioned environment using computer equipment, telephone, Calculator, fax, copier, scanner, and other office equipment.
Skills and Education Required:
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing execution role
3. Graphic design experience preferred not required
4. Ability to develop and maintain strong cross functional departmental relationships
Skills and Education Required Continued:
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Highly organized and demonstrates ability to manage multiple work streams and stakeholders effectively, strong project management skills
7. Proven experience digital advertising and managing campaigns in the Google Ads platform
8. Technical marketing skills including B2B copywriting, and design for print and digital application
9. Expertise with email marketing platforms and measurement tools
10. Familiarity and experience working within a CRM
11. Experience with analytics platforms and upper-funnel analysis for awareness campaigns
12. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Advertising
13. SEO/SEM experience preferred, not required
14. Experience in industrial sectors; commercial laundry experience is a plus
15. Ability to track, and interpret performance to executive management team
