Continental Finance Company Hiring for Senior DevOps Engineer at Wilmington, DE Full Time

Continental Finance Company specializes in credit card options for those consumers with less than perfect credit. We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to support our Technology team.

***CFC offers a hybrid work schedule which includes three (3) core days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and two (2) remote workdays (Monday and Friday)***

Essential Functions:

• Create and manage automated build and release pipelines in Azure DevOps deploying to
• Collaborate with other DevOps engineers and cloud architects to design and build a scalable infrastructure and cloud platform for our high-volume customer facing applications and web APIs.
• Design and implement Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD) frameworks.
• Work with infrastructure and development teams to automate common processes using tools like PowerShell and Ansible.
• Work across Development, IT Operations and Infrastructure teams to support ongoing development efforts and new initiatives to deliver value to our internal and external customers quickly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment and configuration issues in our development, QA and production cloud environments.
• Manage DevOps related projects, and oversee work from other team members.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Strong experience with IT operations and support on Windows and Linux platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps, particularly with build and release pipelines and CI/CD technologies or similar tools.
• Experience in infrastructure as code with Terraform or similar tools & configuration management experience with Ansible or similar tools.
• Experience with AWS container tools and technologies, such as EKS, ECS,ECR.
• Working Experience with AWS services like Elastic Beanstalk, EC2, S3, Route53, ELB, and CloudFront.
• Experience working with and supporting Microsoft stack applications (.NET Core, SQL Server).
• Strong understanding of AWS Networking and Security Principles.
• Strong understanding of agile principles.
• Experience working as part of an integrated software development team in an agile methodology.
• Experience with Languages/Scripting: Bash, PowerShell CLI, YML, JSON, Python.
• A team oriented mindset and desire to work collaboratively with infrastructure, development, and data teams.
