We’re looking for a full-time SEO and PPC Manager who is intimately familiar with best practices for organic and paid search. You should be a self-starter with the drive to achieve excellent results and a strong analytical thinker who is adept at researching and implementing advanced online solutions. You should also be an excellent communicator with strong writing and presentation skills who can serve as an expert advisor to our clients.

Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working in an agency or large in-house marketing environment and be comfortable juggling a variety of clients from different industries, including B2B technology clients with complex offerings. Here are the key skills you will need for this role.

General Skills

● Developing effective organic and paid search strategies

● Performing in-depth keyword research and competitive benchmarking

● Creating analytics dashboards and monthly campaign s

● Sharing insights on campaign performance and how to make improvements

● Analyzing campaign performance using Google Analytics, Semrush and related tools

● Documenting agency best practices

SEO Skills

● Analyzing search traffic and keyword ranking performance

● Conducting technical website audits to identify areas for improvement

● Optimizing site maps and submitting indexing requests

● Editing website copy to incorporate SEO best practices

● Coordinating with copywriters on search-optimized headlines and content

● Adding meta and on-page content in WordPress

● Following best practices for pixel, tag and UTM code implementation

● Creating and implementing effective backlink strategies

● Resolving crawl issues

● Keeping up with Google algorithm updates, core web vitals and industry trends

PPC Skills

● Developing strategies for keywords and audience targeting

● Creating and managing paid search campaigns across a variety of industries

● Writing and optimizing Google Ads and Bing Ads copy for different ad groups

● Making recommendations for tracking and conversion optimization

● Setting up tags and UTM codes

● Developing and executing bid management strategies

● Ensuring ad budgets are well paced and not exceeded

● Optimizing campaigns based on conversions

● Assessing and guiding updates of landing pages used in PPC campaigns

Desired Experience

● Analytics dashboard creation

● Conversion rate optimization (CRO)

● HTML, CSS and JavaScript

● Google Analytics (including in-depth GA4 knowledge)

● Google Data Studio

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
