What You’ll Be Responsible For
Content Creation
- Capture high-quality photo and video content for clients
- Plan and execute content shoots on-site
- Create engaging short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other platforms
- Capture before-and-after photography
- Capture treatment footage, provider content, testimonials, patient stories, and behind-the-scenes content
- Create content that aligns with brand strategy and campaign objectives
- Direct providers, staff, and patients during content creation sessions
Video Editing
- Edit short-form video content optimized for social media
- Create engaging hooks, transitions, captions, and storytelling sequences
- Stay current on platform best practices
- Create platform-specific edits and variations
- Produce content that is designed to maximize engagement, retention, and performance
Photography
- Professional photography for social media and marketing campaigns
- Treatment photography
- Team and provider photography
- Lifestyle photography
- Event photography
- Before-and-after photography
Social Media Management
- Manage social media accounts across multiple clients
- Schedule and publish content
- Monitor account performance
- Engage with communities when required
- Assist with content planning and monthly content calendars
- Support social media reporting and performance analysis
Graphic Design & Canva
- Create social media graphics
- Create carousel posts
- Create cover photos and thumbnails
- Create before-and-after graphics
- Create story graphics and promotional assets
- Maintain brand consistency across all content
Trend Research & Content Strategy
- Stay ahead of platform trends and algorithm updates
- Identify trending audio, formats, and content opportunities
- Bring new content ideas proactively to the team
- Translate trends into content that aligns with client brands
- Identify opportunities for content repurposing across multiple platforms
Influencer & UGC Management
- Source and coordinate influencer partnerships
- Manage creator relationships
- Coordinate content deliverables
- Review influencer and UGC content
- Assist with influencer campaign execution
- Identify opportunities to leverage user-generated content

Requirements
Required
- 3+ years of content creation and social media experience
- Professional photography experience
- Professional videography experience
- Advanced video editing skills
- Advanced Canva skills
- Experience managing multiple social media accounts
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Experience creating short-form video content
- Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously
