Job Title: Customer Success Specialist

Why we want a great Customer Success Specialist: Our tool changes the content marketing game in such a way, we need someone who understands our AI writer very closely and communicates how to use it with new and existing users — helping them extract all the value from our platform and gain success by bulk publishing content.

What You’ll Do:

• 
  Onboard new users: Onboarding includes email and videoconferencing calls with new users. Via email, you’d welcome them to Content at Scale. The CSM provides a success plan for using Content at Scale to increase the amount of content our users publish. Onboarding also includes one-on-one calls, showcasing our platform, how to use it, creating content, and getting involved in our user community.

  Developing support content: You’d write articles for our knowledge base (for users to better learn the platform), create video tutorials showcasing new and updated features, and develop training material for support reps to quickly handle common issues.

  Hold user events and announcements: Customer success means helping users continuously and successfully use Content at Scale, including through live-stream events to announce and showcase new features.
• 
  QA Testing: Before feature releases, you’ll be tasked with testing updates and providing feedback before users experience any challenges.

The Results You’ll Get:

• Measure and improve user retention and usage.
• Increase the amount of content produced and published, using Content at Scale (a sign of user adoption).
• Develop support processes and content to improve overall user support.

• Work directly with the Customer Success Manager to learn the platform and begin onboarding users.
• Full training to succeed in your role.
• Regular interaction and office hours with the management team to ensure you achieve desired results.

The Best Candidate:

Do you have experience in customer success, specifically in a software/SaaS environment? Are you comfortable on video calls, and in front of a camera? Do you love learning new software tools? Are you proficient in both writing and recording tutorials, specifically for software/SaaS? If so, we want to chat with you.
