We are looking for a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment process for all of our open positions.

You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and identify the best candidates. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing our talent acquisition strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in full-cycle recruiting, employment branding, and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various functions and levels within the organization.
• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for all open positions.
• Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.
• Promote the company’s employer brand to attract and retain top talent. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners such as universities, recruitment agencies, and professional organizations.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage the talent acquisition budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a proven track record of success in recruiting top talent.
• Strong knowledge of hiring strategies, recruitment best practices, and current trends in talent acquisition.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Leadership abilities with experience managing recruitment teams and processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
