We are looking for a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment process for all of our open positions.

You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and identify the best candidates. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing our talent acquisition strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in full-cycle recruiting, employment branding, and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for all open positions
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and identify the best candidates
• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives and hiring needs
• Utilize a variety of recruitment channels and techniques, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates
• Conduct interviews and assessments
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment tools to continuously improve the effectiveness of our talent acquisition efforts
• Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Ensure a positive candidate experience
• Manage the talent acquisition budget
• Track and on talent acquisition metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus
• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition
• Proven track record of success in recruiting top talent
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
