CONTEC Medical Systems Co., Ltd. is a leading medical device manufacturing and sales company, dedicated to improving healthcare globally. Established in 1996, our company is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operator for our Ontario, California facility in the United States.

Requirements:

• U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder.
• Fluent in English for effective communication.
• Clean criminal record.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to handle loading and unloading of goods weighing approximately 40 lb.
• Ability to commit to long-term, stable employment.
• Proficient in computer usage and warehouse management software.
• Mandarin speaking is well appreciated

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations.
• Coordinate and supervise the receiving, storage, and distribution of medical devices.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular stock checks.
• Collaborate with shipping partners to facilitate smooth inbound and outbound logistics.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff to maintain a high standard of performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Utilize computer systems and software to track inventory, generate s, and streamline operations.

The position requires good physical strength as there will be a need to handle the loading and unloading of goods, with individual items weighing approximately 40 lb.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $3,500.00 – $4,500.00 per month
