Recruiting Assistant Manager
Recruiting Assistant Manager Job Responsibilities:
  • Assists manager by performing related duties.
  • Supports staff results by communicating job expectations and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Helps to coach, counsel, and discipline employees.
  • Aids in developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
  • Identifies strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Duties:
  • Communicate recruiting objectives/daily focus, motivate, and support the recruiting team.
  • Work closely with the Recruiting Lead for team support, training, and scheduling/delegating application requests for screening and interviews.
  • Partner with Recruiting Lead for re-hire process.
  • Assist with managing job posts
  • Assist with managing Booking service, staff and scheduling.
  • Track and execute recruiting plan with team ie weekly KPIs for offers need and show rate
  • Assist with managing new hires, communicating with hris and training team for onboarding, communicate across departments attendance
  • Communicate with new hires.
  • Track and delegate application requests for screening to team.
  • Community outreach and event planning
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or management preferred
  • Proficiency with office software
