Who Are We Looking For?

We’re looking to add an enthusiastic individual to ContactPoint 360’s leadership team as an Entry Level Sales Trainer. We are looking to have a dedicated member of our team focused on all things sales! The chosen individual will be an integral member of our operational leadership by mentoring and motivating our Sales Agents and creating an encouraging environment consistently. This role will also be critical in supporting our vision and execution of continuous improvement when it comes to sales and upselling!

The ideal candidate for this role’s responsibilities will be someone who:

Thoroughly understands the products of each line of business

Demonstrates effectively how to sell and upsell

Takes pleasure in managing, motivating and mentoring Agents while focusing on quality interactions, call handling and sales

Works closely with operational and leadership teams to identify role-specific developmental opportunities and listen to feedback

Support all sales initiatives with a focus on month over month continuous improvement both by site and through individual agent performance

Communicate effectively on sales reporting, feedback, progress and status updates

Be a positive change champion and recognize the potential in all Agents

Plays an integral role in exploring new sales initiatives to increase profits/ROI

The ideal candidate for this role’s responsibilities will be someone from a training perspective who:

Prepares employees by conducting orientation and trainings on sales processes, developing individual coaching plans, providing resources and assistance, and scheduling sales trainings including re-freshers

Certifies that new hires are ready to go live on the floor and they are confident in the selling aspects of their position

Properly prepares for the facilitation of training programs

Serves as advisor to our employees by answering all of their sales related questions, inquiries and concerns by uplifting their potential

Creates content for the new hire training classes through learning activities, interactive & fun games, hands on exercises, etc.
